２、自主性への責任 Responsibility towards Autonomy
各々が自立したホームスクーラーとしての自覚を持ち、自ら考え、行動する責任 に基づいて運営される協会である。

３、子ども第一の姿勢 Child-Centric Attitude
子どもたちの幸せな未来のためのホームスクールであり主役は常に子どもであると いう子どもファーストの目線で活動するホームスクーラーのための協会である。
